Competition Proceedings
For Online Participants
  • Submit the AIGC-Singapore 2025 Application Form through the official website by April 30, 2025.
  • Submit a pre-recorded video presentation (up to 7 minutes) showcasing your project by May 2, 2025.
  • Respond to judges' questions via email for evaluation.
  • The Finals Winners will be announced during the Awards Ceremony on May 4, 2025. Awards and certificates will be mailed to winners after the event.
For On-Site Participants
  • Direct entry to the Finals by attending the on-site event in Singapore on May 3–4, 2025.
  • Present your project live in a 10-minute session (7-minute presentation + 3-minute Q&A) to a panel of expert judges.
  • Display your A1-sized poster in the exhibition area for interaction with judges and peers.
  • Winners will be announced during the Awards Ceremony on May 4, 2025.
  • On-site participants will benefit from exclusive awards, real-time feedback, and increased networking opportunities.

Eligible participants include:
  • Students, teachers, entrepreneurs, professionals, and innovators with patents, designs, scientific research, or new product concepts.
  • Individuals or teams with creative technological solutions, innovative products, or groundbreaking research in any field.
Awards Selection
Finals Awards (Online Participants)
Online participants will be evaluated based on their submitted video presentations and responses to judges' questions via email. Awards include Gold, Silver, and Bronze, based on creativity, innovation, and impact.
Finals Awards (Online and On-Site Participants)
Qualified finalists will compete for:

Guidelines for Online and On-Site Participants
For Online Participants
Step 1: Complete Registration
  • Fill out the AIGC-Singapore 2025 Application Form on the official website by April 30, 2025.
  • Pay the participation fee by May 1, 2025.
Step 2: Prepare and Submit Your Video Presentation
  • Video Length: Maximum of 7 minutes.
  • Presentation Format: Use facial/oral presentations, PowerPoint with voiceover, or an edited video format.
  • File Format: Horizontal widescreen (MP4, WMV, AVI, or MPEG).
  • Submission Deadline: Submit your video by May 2, 2025, via email, Google Drive, YouTube link, or Dropbox.
Step 3: Respond to Judges' Questions
  • Judges will send questions via email after reviewing your video.
  • Provide clear and thoughtful responses within the allotted timeframe to complete your evaluation process.
For On-Site Participants

Step 2: Prepare Your Presentation Materials
  • Deliver a 7-minute presentation followed by a 3-minute Q&A session with the judges.
  • Prepare an A1-sized poster showcasing your project for display at the event.
Step 3: Attend the Event
  • Day 1 (May 3, 2025): Present your project live to a panel of expert judges. Display your A1-sized poster at the exhibition area for interaction with attendees.
  • Day 2 (May 4, 2025): Participate in final judging sessions and attend the awards ceremony, where winners will be announced.

Online Participants: Submit video presentations for jury evaluation and respond to email questions.
On-Site Participants: Deliver live presentations, participate in Q&A sessions, and showcase posters.

Winners will be announced during the Awards Ceremony on May 4, 2025.
Awards include Gold, Silver, Bronze, and special recognitions for exceptional projects.
Participation Fees and Contact Information
Registration Fee: This is the standard entry fee for participating in AIGC-Singapore
Parcel Shipping Fee: Covers the cost of shipping award packages to participants via express airmail.
Extra Medal: Optional purchase available to Gold/Silver/Bronze winners for an additional medal.

An invoice will be issued following confirmation of the participant's Preliminaries application.
