Competition Proceedings
For Online Applicants
- Submit the AIGC-Singapore 2024 Application Form via email.
- The Jury Committee will review all submitted application forms and select Preliminaries awardees (Gold, Silver, Bronze).
- Only those who receive a Preliminaries Award will qualify for the Finals (optional).
- Finalists will submit Video Presentations for further evaluation by the jury.
- Finals Winners will be announced, and award packages will be mailed after the event.
For On-Site Participants
- Direct entry to the Finals by attending the on-site event in Singapore.
- Participants will present their projects live or via video at the event, with immediate evaluation by the jury.
- On-site participants will benefit from exclusive awards, cash prizes, and the opportunity to have promotional videos produced for selected projects.
- The Finals winners will be announced during the award ceremony in Singapore.

Awards Selection
  • Preliminaries Awards (for Online Applicants): Participants in the Preliminaries will be considered for Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards based on the submitted application forms. These forms will be evaluated for creativity, innovation, and impact.
  • Finals Awards (for Online and On-Site Participants): Qualified finalists will compete for the Grand Prize, Semi-Grand Prize, Best Innovation Awards, and Special Recognition Awards, evaluated based on their Video Presentations (for online) or live presentations (for on-site).

Understanding The Two Phases of AIGC-Singapore 2024
The Preliminaries (For Online Applicants Only)
  1. Complete and submit the AIGC-Singapore 2024 Application Form. - Ensure all fields are completed and that the submission includes a written description and supporting visuals (photos, diagrams). - Incomplete applications may result in disqualification.
  1. Submit the application form to team@aigc-singapore.com by November 15, 2024. - A confirmation email will follow upon submission. - Preliminaries results (Gold/Silver/Bronze Awards) will be announced by November 29, 2024. - Qualified participants may then submit a Video Presentation for the Finals (Optional).
The Finals (For Online and On-Site Participants)
For Online Finalists:
  1. Qualified finalists will submit a Video Presentation for final evaluation.
  1. The jury will evaluate the videos, and the Finals winners will be announced on December 18, 2024, during the award ceremony.
  1. Submitted videos may be featured on social media, YouTube, and other platforms.
For On-Site Finalists:
  • Participants will present their projects live at the event, receiving real-time feedback and evaluation.
  • Winners will be announced during the on-site award ceremony, with exclusive awards and promotional videos provided to selected projects.
Video Presentation Guidelines and Judging Criteria
Video Presentation Guidelines (For Online Finalists)
  • Length: Maximum of 5 minutes.
  • Presentation Format: You may use facial/oral presentations, PowerPoint with voiceover, or edited video formats.
  • File Format: Horizontal widescreen in MP4, WMV, AVI, or MPEG format.
  • Submission Methods: Submit via email, Google Drive, YouTube link, Dropbox, etc.

Participation Fees and Payment Procedures
Registration Fee: This is the standard entry fee for participating in AIGC-Singapore 2024.
Parcel Shipping Fee: Covers the cost of shipping award packages to participants via express airmail.
Extra Medal: Optional purchase available to Gold/Silver/Bronze winners for an additional medal.
